WeTopia
Awhile ago i told you about a game called WeTopia on Facebook. It’s an addictive community building game where you’re accomplishments don’t just level up your character but help out real people in the real world by providing hot meals, clean drinking water and much more.
You can add virtual buildings, shops, houses and crops with the in-game currency (goodwill) to grow your WeTopia and collect another form of currency (joy) to give to nonprofit organisations like Save the Children and Action for Healthy Kids which enables these organisations to help out in the real world.
This brilliant game was created by Sojo Studios as a way for people to get involved in philanthropy and has received substantial support from the media as well as celebrities like pop star Justin Bieber and day time talk show host, Ellen DeGeneres.
